How PCOS Coaching Works

Our month-to-month PCOS health and nutrition coaching program begins with a comprehensive consultation, followed by personalized, high-touch support tailored to your needs for as long as you choose. In your first month, you’ll gain clarity around your PCOS symptoms, set meaningful health goals, explore functional testing, and develop a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan. You’ll also start foundational changes to enhance your hormone, reproductive, and metabolic health.
While many women find 4–6 months of coaching ideal for lasting results, you can start with a single month to see if it fits your needs. If you’d like continued guidance and accountability after the first month, extending your coaching is simple. You’ll receive ongoing support to implement targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes, troubleshoot obstacles, and make adjustments to stay on track toward achieving your health goals and transforming your overall health.​​
Here's a breakdown of what's included each month for $297/month:
Initial 60-90 Minute Consult
At your first visit, we'll review your health history, nutrition & lifestyle, personal story, and start developing a game plan.
Specialty Testing
Review of relevant labs you may already have and access to order additional labs (i.e., comprehensive bloodwork, hair mineral testing, stool testing, and hormone testing) to understand more behind your personal symptom root causes. I offer testing at cost.
2 Monthly Visits
Each month, you’ll receive 45-60 minute private follow-up meetings for in-depth support with your nutrition and lifestyle changes. These meetings are generally held virtually via secure video chat.
Targeted Supplementation
Personalized supplementation recommendations/protocols as warranted with access to 35% off professional-grade supplementation. I pass my savings to you. I make no money or commission on supplementation.
Messaging Support
Between visit support and check-ins as needed, so you can ask questions, stay motivated, share updates, or get feedback.
Personalized Action Plan
Professional support in developing your action plan to improve your health through targeted nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes. Additional nutrition education, meal planning, recipes, and product recommendations will be offered according to your individual needs.
