Meet Ashley

Women's Health & PCOS Dietitian

Hi, I’m Ashley, a Registered Dietitian specializing in women’s health and PCOS. My early career in mental health and social work, combined with my own health journey, showed me how powerful nutrition and lifestyle can be in transforming health. That realization inspired me to pursue dietetics as a second career.

 

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of people and health concerns, but my passion has always been women’s health—especially PCOS. When I was diagnosed with PCOS, I remember feeling left with more questions than answers—and wishing someone could have guided me sooner.

 

Now, through professional experience, advanced training, and personal insight, I help women with PCOS find clarity faster and gain confidence in managing their health—so they don’t have to spend years feeling stuck.

My Philosophy

I believe every woman is inherently knowledgeable about her own body—but PCOS can make that connection feel confusing or out of reach. I’m dedicated to helping you rebuild body literacy, trust your intuition, and feel more in control of your health.

 

That’s why I take a personalized, integrative approach—drawing on both conventional and functional strategies—while avoiding restrictive, one-size-fits-all methods that can make PCOS harder to manage. True nourishment is unique to you, and my role is to help you uncover the strategies that bring real, lasting change.

My mission is to help women with PCOS:

Reduce symptoms like irregular cycles, fatigue, cravings, and acne

Support fertility naturally, if and when it's important to you
